If you’re wondering why there’s a gym bike in the office, take a look at this post about our MD Chris volunteering himself for a 400-mile bike ride for charity.
The Florida Cycle is a fundraising event of epic endurance, organised by Caudwell Children to raise money for their Destination Dreams programme, which treats life-limited children and their families to a holiday in Florida.
To prepare himself both mentally and physically for the journey ahead, Chris aims to complete the entire 400 miles on the gym bike at the office. So far, he has done more than 55 miles.
