About the project
NetInspire partnered with LetTrust to design and launch a new platform focused on improving trust and transparency in the rental market. The platform gives tenants the ability to review landlords, while allowing landlords to build their reputation and manage their profile.
Deliverables
We developed a clean, mobile-friendly website that provides a smooth experience for both renters and landlords. The platform allows users to register, log in, and access tailored dashboards depending on their role.
Each landlord has a public-facing profile that includes a short bio, verification status, and a collection of reviews from previous tenants. Renters can submit reviews through a simple front-end form, and landlords can respond once reviews go live. All reviews go through moderation to ensure quality and fairness.
We also implemented a “Claim Your Profile” feature, allowing landlords to take control of profiles created by renters. This was key in creating a sense of ownership and accountability on the platform.
To support ongoing engagement, we set up automated email notifications — including alerts when reviews are submitted or published, and reminders for landlords to complete their profiles or respond to feedback.
Payments were also integrated to support a freemium subscription model, with landlords able to upgrade for additional visibility and features.
Development
Alongside the initial build, we worked with LetTrust to outline a clear roadmap for future growth — ensuring the platform is well-placed to expand and evolve as its user base grows.
