Generating more leads through Paid Social Campaigns and increase engagement on Organic Social channels
About the project
Since 2022, we’ve partnered with Pass The Keys, managing the social media channels of over 30 of their UK and European franchisees across Meta.
The Goals
Since partnering with various Pass The Keys franchises in 2022, we centred our efforts around three primary objectives:
1. Strengthening Digital Presence and Brand Awareness
2. Generating More Property Leads
3. Increasing Bookings for Their Properties
To achieve these goals, we managed their organic and paid social media efforts while also setting up and overseeing Google Ads campaigns. Additionally, we developed customised mini websites and landing pages for each franchise, tailored to their unique offerings.
Many of these franchises had minimal or no digital presence prior to our collaboration. We transformed their Facebook and Instagram channels, providing them with a revitalised online identity and a fresh start in the digital landscape.
Organic Socials
As part of our Organic Social Media services for Pass The Keys, we developed a customised content calendar each month for every franchise, tailored to their specific location. This approach ensured that the content resonated with local audiences and aligned seamlessly with their Paid Social campaigns for consistency.
We established a fresh, uniform tone of voice across all franchises to maintain brand consistency. Our team also created new creative assets for each franchise, enhancing brand recognition and visibility.
To ensure a steady stream of content, posts were scheduled in advance on a regular weekly basis. In the initial stages, we tested and analysed data to identify the optimal posting frequency and times to maximise engagement.
The content mix included brand-building posts, property promotions aimed at driving bookings, and service information targeted at attracting leads from short-let property owners.
Paid Socials
After enhancing each franchise’s social media channels and designing their bespoke mini-websites, we launched their Paid Social Ads on Facebook and Instagram. For each franchise, we ran two types of campaigns: Property Acquisition and Booking Acquisition.
We ensured that the ads used the same creative style and tone of voice we had established for the organic social content, maintaining a consistent and cohesive approach across all campaigns. This alignment not only reinforced brand identity but also maximised the impact of our messaging, making it easier for potential clients to recognise and engage with the Pass The Keys brand.
Through targeted audience segmentation and tailored messaging, we aimed to reach property owners who would benefit from our management services, as well as potential guests looking for quality short-term rental options. By continually monitoring ad performance and making necessary adjustments, we aimed to optimise results and drive both property leads and bookings effectively.
